Exchange and Refund Policy:

Please note, we may not support returns or exchanges in the following situations:

• Requests made outside the specified time frame.
• Products damaged due to usage.
• Items that have been tampered with.
• Missing components from the package, such as price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
• Undergarments: Returns or exchanges are not allowed unless the original packaging is intact, except for tops and bodysuits.
• Packs: Product packs (containing multiple items) are treated as a single unit and cannot be returned or exchanged partially.

• Return Policy: Customers may return any product purchased from alfajrstore.com.pk within 5 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed directly into the customer's account after the product review, provided none of the above scenarios apply. Please note, payments to third parties are not allowed. Refunds: In refund cases, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to us at their own expense. 

Exchange Policy Details:
To raise a dispute, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing alfajrstore.pk@gmail.com or calling 03218500870. Each case will be carefully assessed to ensure fairness.

Exchanges: For exchange requests, our courier company will collect the parcel from the customer, and a service fee of PKR 50 will be charged
